Payment and Deposits
1. All bookings are subject to a £25 or 20% which ever is the greater none refundable booking fee and fuel costs. For Wedding bookings a further 50% of the total hire charge will be required 30 days prior to the hire period.
2. Payment terms are strictly 7 days prior to departure, cheques should be made payable to ‘Dapper Chauffeurs’. Cash may be paid to the driver on day of departure subject to prior notice to Dapper Chauffeurs.
3. Bookings may be subject to additional waiting time and car park charges.
4. Additional pick-up addresses must be added at least 7 days prior to hire period (please note this might be subject to an additional fee).
5. Credit and Debit card payments will incur a 4% surcharge on the total amount being paid.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Customer bookings cancelled within 48 hours from the start of the hire period will be subject to a 50% charge of the booking amount (min £50), all other monies will be paid back to the customer (please note this excludes Wedding bookings).
2. Customer bookings cancelled with 24 hours from the start of the hire period will be subject to a 100% charge of the booking amount (please note this excludes Wedding bookings).
3. Wedding bookings cancelled within 30 days from the start of the period of hire will be charged at the full hire rate(s).
4. If the customer does not appear at the time and place designated as the pickup point, all monies paid will be non-refundable.

Terms and Conditions
1. Dapper Chauffeurs do their utmost to ensure drivers are punctual, as you will understand we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances out of our control.
2. Our Chauffeurs will drive you at a safe and sensible speed in accordance with road conditions, traffic and legal speed limits.
3. Customers/clients are responsible for any damage caused by them to the interior or exterior of the vehicle and will be charged for any repairs / valeting.
4. Our Chauffeurs will travel by the most appropriate route on the day, unless instructed otherwise by the customer at the time of booking.
5. Customers’ properties are carried entirely at their own risk and Dapper Chauffeurs shall not be held responsible/liable for any loss/damage to such property.
6. Dapper Chauffeurs have the right to refuse carrying any passenger who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and whose behaviour poses a threat either to the chauffeur, vehicle or any other passenger(s).
7. Dapper Chauffeurs maintains a strict non-smoking policy in all its vehicles.
8. We reserve the right to change your vehicle at any time if necessary or use a sub-contractor in the event of a breakdown or any other mechanical problem.
9. Nothing contained in these terms and conditions affects the customer/client’s statutory rights.
